$350 session fee covers the photographer's time and talent, consultation regarding wardrobe and location selection, custom post-processing of 20-35 images and a $200 print credit that will be applied towards your order. Your images will be uploaded to an online gallery for 14 days. Please ask me to email you the 'prints and products pricing guide'.
Your session fee is due at the time of booking to secure your date, and is non-refundable. It is however transferable to another date should we have to reschedule due to weather or illness. Please give me at least 24 hours notice if you have to reschedule.

$25 charge for travel greater than 40 miles round trip.

Proofs:

All proofs are presented to the client approximately 2 weeks after the session date in an online proofing gallery. The online gallery will be available for 2 weeks. Online galleries provide a great way for distant family and friends to view and order prints. **Please keep track of the expiration date** Galleries can be republished for an additional 5 days for a charge of $25.

Ordering:

All orders can be sent to me via email at sylvia@sylviacookphotography.com. Orders will not be placed until payment is received in full. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of prints. Images from sessions with no orders 30 days from the end of the 2 week viewing period will be automatically purged. I accept checks, credit cards, and Paypal using my email address: sylvia@sylviacookphotography.com.

Terms:

Sylvia Cook Photography reserves the right to use any picture in any form such as, but not limited to the use in advertising, reproduction, and copyright. The Photographer maintains the full copyright to all of the images in the Image Gallery and at no time may the clients or anyone besides the Photographer produce a print of any of these images. Furthermore, all prints and other photographic products purchased must remain in the original form in which they were given and may not be scanned or otherwise reproduced or altered in any way.

The Clients agree that all persons photographed during the photo session will sign a Model Release. Parents of minors will sign the Model Release form on their behalf.

**Please.....no other cameras or recording devices during our session. It's distracting for me and the subjects.  Thanks for understanding.**
